You may have noticed that in early February 2021, CSI’s public water quality database was updated to a new version of the platform. Two new database functions have been identified that currently do not work as intended:
- Graphs on Monitoring Event Pages: The graphs found on the monitoring event pages do not display correct values for their corresponding sampling locations. Also, the values displayed on the graph may change each time the page is refreshed. Note that the values listed in the table at the bottom of the page are correct (see Figure 1).
- Searching and Downloading Data for Offline Use: Results can be filtered accurately using the “Filter Results” and “Clear Results” functions in the “Search Streams and Lakes” section of the database. However, the “Export to Excel” and the “Export to CSV” functions used to download data for offline use are not working correctly.
CSI’s web developer is working to fix these issues as soon as possible. A notice will be posted in this space when they have been resolved. In the meantime, all other parts of the database remain functional. If you have any questions or need assistance using or navigating the database, we would be happy to help. You can reach a CSI staff person by calling (607) 257-6606 or emailing email@example.com.
